PAYMENT TERMS & AGREEMENT
Payment by client must be made for the entire amount of the session, or series of sessions—prior to booking the 1st session, by cash, check, or credit card, in a one-time, full payment as agreed upon dollar amount with Bear and Rainbow, LLC.
Cancellation– Rescheduling Policy
If you cancel, remember there are No Refunds. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour minimum advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice via phone call, the rescheduling fee is $25 and must be paid before rescheduling.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner / facilitator will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner / facilitator and other customers, please show up 10-15 minutes early when meeting in person, and just on scheduled time when session is long distance.
UPON PAYING / PAYMENT, IT MEANS YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE TO, AND ABIDE BY THESE PAYMENT TERMS AND AGREEMENT.
